Guaranteeing client satisfaction

We listen to consumers. This is the axis of all our decisions. Everthing we do has just one goal:helping to make every moment taste better. The client is the key ingredient to defining our strategy. The absolute protagonist. Satisfying their needs and offering them a unique experience, advancing and surprising them is our everyday work.

Promoting the entrepreneur spirit. Through a programme of grants and aid for young entrepreneurs. We have a programme of grants focused on high level training plans for people with limited resources.

Training. We participate with local organisations in our geographical areas and actively collaborate with secondary schools, universities, 43 Experience and workshops.

Social engagement

“Giving something back to society”, this is the mantra that centres our actions:

  • Zamora Company dedicates 2,5% of its BDI to social actions.
  • We support social development with programmes of basic food aid, work insertion and collective training for disadvantaged groups.

Protecting our planet

Leaving our children, a better world than the one we have inherited should be the main aim of each and every one of us. At Zamora Company it certainly is. And as a third generation family company nothing is more important to us than assuring that future generations can enjoy a more sustainable world. We are aware of the impact that our activity has on the planet. We have identified and evaluated the environmental impact and there are four main ones. We have developed specific aims to minimise them.

Emissions

We measure our carbon footprint, we control the use of greenhouse gases and we have an annual plan to reduce emissions.

Energy consumption

We promote the use of self-generated or acquired green energy and are reducing the use of fossil fuels.

Water management

We use water resources efficiently, we purify and place a high value on residual water.

Waste management

We use products that are 100% sustainable, we separate waste, we reduce its production and we place importance on it.

Involving suppliers

To make our proposals real we need clients, suppliers and collaborators to become involved in our way of acting and to work with us in the same line and mentality. To achieve this, we have a policy which sets out the rules and aims.

One of the great advantages of being an international Company is enjoying the cultural differences and diversity, of gender and age in the Company staff with over 14 nationalities.
