RAMÓN BILBAO CRIANZA LAUNCHES IN THE UK OFF TRADE, AT TESCO.
Ramón Bilbao continues to grow from strength to strength in the UK, the biggest Rioja export market, with the launch of Ramón Bilbao Crianza in Tesco.
Ramón Bilbao is already the most listed Spanish Wine Brand in the UK On Trade, so the Tesco listing launches the brand in the Off Trade sector, where 82% of the total UK wine volume is sold.
Tesco is the biggest UK supermarket chain and also the 3rd biggest global food retailer. It operates in over 1500 stores in the UK and Ramón Bilbao Crianza is available to buy in 600 of these and also via the e-commerce shopping site www.tesco.com.

The listing is being supported with an online and offline brand activation plan, to encourage UK consumers to explore the brand and purchase the wine.
