WHAT IS IT?

90% Tempranillo grapes, 5% Graciano and 5% Graciano. After the selection of our winery best grapes, it matures for 30 months in American oak barrels. 36 months in our underground wine rack in total stillness and darkness.

PAIRING

It goes well with roast lamb, red meats and elaborated sauces. Consumption temperature between 17ºC and 19ºC.
