The Zamora Company and Old Nassau Imports announce the formation of a new sales and marketing organization – Zamora Company USA, LLC - which will bring together their collection of unique luxury brands along with an experienced, passionate and dedicated team of 30 people.  This new organization will begin managing sales, distribution, execution and marketing of the following brands: Licor43, Double Cross Vodka, with Yellow Rose Whiskey, Martin Miller’s Gin, and Lolea Sangria joining in the near future.

Zamora and Old Nassau Imports share a common goal and a clear path forward on how to best position this portfolio for strong sustainable growth and profit.  The organizational structure and planning are in place and will become effective and begin to manage the portfolio September 1, 2018.  This will allow the team to concentrate on Q4 execution and align on 2019 Plans. In addition to offering complementary brands, the two companies share similar cultures as both are privately held and both will retain brand ownership of their respective portfolio. The strength of the combined brands allows stronger for a successful sales and marketing organization.
