ZAMORA COMPANY EARNS GREAT PLACE TO WORK CERTIFICATION

Zamora Company, owner of Licor 43 and Ramón Bilbao, among other premium brands, has received the Great Place to Work certification for the second time. This recognition highlights the company's dedication to excellence in human resource management. It is one of the most prestigious acknowledgments in people management and business strategy, awarded annually by the Great Place to Work consulting firm to the best employers worldwide.

The certification underscores the Cartagena-origin group's commitment to creating an attractive and safe workplace, evaluated across four dimensions in the survey: camaraderie, pride, credibility, fairness, and respect. The certification attests that Zamora Company is an organization with a culture of trust, capable of attracting and retaining talent.
