WHAT IS IT?

100% Tempranillo. Cruz de Alba is made in small quantities and each bottle is numbered. It is made using the best Tinto Fino grapes, cultivated using agrohomeopathic treatments according to the biodynamic calendar and harvested carefully by hand.

PAIRING

Goes very well with tapas and light snacks of smoked meats, beef carpaccio or soft cheeses. Ideal to drink at the aperitif time. The perfect accompaniment to oily fish, sushi or mussels. Best temperature between 16-18º.
