D.O. Rias Baixas. All the splendour of the Albariño grape. A wine of saline character, that seduces with its freshness and complexity. Unmistakable Atlantic aromas, thanks to the proximity of the ocean (1km away) that provide complexity and acidity.

WHAT IS IT?

100% Albariño grapes. Mar de Frades stands out for its radiant lemon colour with seaweed reflections. Its luminous appearance invites you to perceive aromas of stone fruits, like apricot, medlar fruit, along with almond flowers and subtle tropical salt notes. All the expression of Albariño. A wine of saline character, which seduces for its freshness and complexity.

PAIRING

For its intense saline aromas, the 2016 vintage harmonizes with spiced dishes such as sushi, Pad Thai, Dim Sum or Mexican food. Certainly it is the perfect complement to fish and seafood. The ideal temperature for consumption is between 8 and 10ºC. Our thermochromic label will indicate the precise moment of consumption.
