D.O.Ca. RIOJA. DELICATE AND FRAGRANT FRESHNESS. Pale and delicate, yes, but also a Rioja wine. In our eagerness to recover the local tradition of making salmon-pinkish coloured wines, typical of the Najerilla river basin, we have created the first pale wine following the Provençal style, but from Rioja.

WHAT IS IT?

85% Garnacha grape, 15% Viura grapes. Salmon-pinkish colour, pale pink. Fresh fruit notes, remembrance of Amalfi lemon, freshly cut flowers, basket of cherries. The palate is fresh on its journey with a silky finish and with a memory of cherries.

PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif and with cold dishes such as white asparagus, seafood cocktails, veal carpaccio or risottos. Consumption temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
