Legend has it that during Prohibition, the Chicago mafias could not get their favorite Canadian whiskey across the border because some police dogs detected it leagues away. To deceive them, they began to hide the whiskey between cinnamon and chili. One day, someone had the happy idea of macerating it with those ingredients, thus ThunderBitch was born, in reference to their city of origin and those "nice" bitches.
