D.O.Ca. RIOJA. SINGULAR DISTINCTION. A wine with a heart. The tempranillo grape arising from old vines in all their splendour. A modern wine with a great personality, used to occupying the leading position in the most demanding rankings.

WHAT IS IT?

100% Tempranillo grapes from La Rioja. Everything in this wine is art: Ever since the selection of bunches at the winery up to the fermentation in small French oak vats. 22 months in new Allier French oak barrels whose level of toasting has been specially chosen for this vintage. The wine is bottled without any clarification or filtration process.

PAIRING

It accompanies smoked and vegetable dishes mavellously, such as mushrooms and truffles. It also combines well with subtly spicy dishes as well as stews and soft middle-cure, non-smoked cheeses. Pairs especially well with Stilton cheese. Ideal temperature between 17ºC and 19ºC.
