D.O.Ca. RIOJA. THE WISE WINE, Rescued from our memories. A wine reserved for special occasions and aimed at lovers of the purest Rioja traditions. Perfect balance between the notes of wood and fruit.

WHAT IS IT?

90% Tempranillo from la Rioja grapes, 10% Mazuelo and Graciano grapes. Aged in American oak, its extra fruit addition, places it among the most modern wines within the D.O. 20 months aging in cask.

PAIRING

Perfect pairing with international food (curry, “ceviche” and spiced dishes) or traditional food, such as red and bush meats, also with cured cheeses. Consumption temperature between 17ºC and 19ºC.
